After pursuing a career as a professional hockey player, Erik shifted his path into providing high quality real estate assistance to the people of Boston, Massachusetts.
A career ending injury in 2018 left Erik searching for his next step in life. He began to invest in vacation rental properties in northern New Hampshire. This experience advanced his knowledge on a personal level of how real estate transactions, and markets work. Through his investing journey, Erik has learned the concepts of value, negotiation, patience, marketing, and financial IQ. These skills came to Erik through trial and error. These experiences inspired him to act as a guide to others.
Erik is excited to be back to his New England roots where he is able to connect with other agents, buyers, sellers, friends, coaches (etc.) Growing up in Massachusetts, Eriks market knowledge of Boston and the surrounding suburbs is as deep as his network.
